Senior Support Working/TA Hereford 41 hours per week - term-time only 8am - 4pm Senior Support Working/TA required for award winning charity that care and support young people with complex disabilities. The role would primarily based within a college setting Key Tasks: Provide support in the classroom or other learning environments, working closely with a specialist tutor. Plan, organise and support high quality leisure activities. This may involve trips into the community, visits to the cinema, pubs and restaurants or simply helping a student to pursue their favourite hobby or sport. Help record student progress against their personal goals Liaise with family members, enabling a student to speak to parents, friends and family and providing updates on activities and progress Administer medication to residents in line with policy and procedure, after receiving relevant training.
