RETAIL PROJECT COORDINATOR We are recruiting for a Retail Project Coordinator to join Nolte Kitchens and contribute to the successful growth of our UK retail kitchen business. We have 15 owned retail showrooms throughout England and a logistics center in Wrexham. This role is a full time administrative role working in our Retail Operations team based on site in our operational head office in Wrexham Which is also around 30 minutes from Chester. You will be required to provide project support to our national team of Showroom based Designer(s), provide an efficient and excellent service to our retail customers and work with our warehousing and logistics staff to coordinate deliveries. Key responsibilities: • scheduling and co-ordinating retail project activities • purchasing (appliances, sinks, taps, sundry items, worktops and glass) for customer retail projects • liaising with suppliers/ delivery teams/ fitters • delivery planning and tracking activities • managing the retail project for the designer up to completion of installation • liaising and responding to customer queries up to completion of installation Candidate requirements • Administrative or operational experience • Customer service experience • Excellent IT skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) • Self-driven, highly motivated, able to set priorities and a desire to consistently exceed expectations. • Team player within the Nolte UK team structure. • Excellent planning, organisation, time management, written verbal communication skills. • Driving licence (essential – our Wrexham office is based on an industrial park with limited public transport options).
