Salary: £25,000.00 per annum + excellant benefits
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

As a Administrator in our King's Lynn team, you’ll complete the day-to-day administration for the Contract and liaise with the Client.
You’ll be entrusted to:
* Managing customer enquiries and complaints
* Print out Special Collections on a daily basis
* Support with payroll and timesheets on WFM
* Responsible for the control and checking of agency staff timesheets
* Book in all crews on completion using the debrief online form
* Minute taking at important meetings, such as disciplinary hearings
* Provide data on poor performance e.g. missed collections
* Supporting senior managers with tasks when required

* Accurate record keeping
* Proficient in MS Office, with good literacy and numeracy skills
