Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a growing medical organisation based in Abingdon to recruit an Accounts Payable Manager. The Accounts Payable Manager will receive a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!
The Accounts Payable team consists of 7-8 people and therefore the best suited candidate for this role will have strong leadership skills.
Primary responsibilities -
* Supervise the accounts payable team, including training, development, and performance management
* Manage the end-to-end payable process; ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payment transactions
* Maintain up-to-date files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Develop and enforce policies and procedures
* Identify opportunities for process improvements
* Provide excellent customer service, manage and maintain good relationship with the internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee the maintenance of accounts payable systems and software
* Perform monthly reconciliations
* Work closely with the Finance Team Leaders
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual audits
Key experience and attributes;
1. Experience as an AP Manager
