As a Credit Control Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
1. Chasing assigned client's debts
2. Allocating payments received
3. Processing credit card payments
4. Producing daily reports
5. Handling bank reconciliation
6. Debt collection via phone and email
7. Working with our invoice factoring/discounting company, Bibby Finance
8. Involvement with payables
9. Effective communication with our ops teams, sales staff, and other offices
Experience with Sage 50 and FCL (Forward Computers Freight System) is a plus, but not essential.
