A well respected Haywards Heath client are looking to recruit a permanent Senior Payroll Coordinator.
Description
As Senior Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for:
1. End to end monthly preparation of payrolls
2. Working with Finance & HR to ensure all basic data including new starters, leavers and contractual changes are correct.
3. Preparing the monthly payrolls
4. Complete uploads of monthly allowances and deductions ensuring these are completed
5. To prepare monthly payroll reconciliations for payments, NI and tax
6. To complete monthly pensions reporting to ensure correct contributions are being processed through payroll and to maintain the correct employee status for auto-enrolment purposes.
7. To update all starters, leavers and transfers within the pension scheme
8. Manage all payroll queries within agreed SLAs
9. Produce month end payroll/pension reports
Profile
Strong working knowledge of payroll and pensions
1. Processed monthly and weekly payrolls
2. Manual calculations if required
3. Payroll software and Excel
