About You We’re looking for an experienced PMO Manager with a strong track record in overseeing diverse project portfolios and driving successful outcomes. Ideally, you’ll have: Proven PMO Experience: You bring in-depth experience managing PMOs across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and measurable success. Expertise in Risk, Change, and Stakeholder Engagement: You’re skilled at managing risk, navigating change, and engaging stakeholders effectively. Development Project Know-How: Familiar with the unique demands of development projects, you excel in fostering positive relationships and building a reputation of trust and collaboration with colleagues, key partners, and stakeholders. Outstanding Communication Skills: Your ability to consult, challenge, influence, and negotiate effectively is second nature, and you hold others accountable for actions and deliverables. Autonomous and Adaptable: You’re proactive, organised, and able to manage changing priorities, handling your workload independently and with minimal supervision. Relevant Project Management Qualifications: You hold a regulated qualification in Project Management (beyond entry-level) or have equivalent experience in a related discipline.
