Requirements:
To be considered as an IT Support Technician, you should have:
1. At least three years of experience in IT support, service desk, or helpdesk roles
2. A strong interest and aptitude for IT
3. The ability to plan, organize, and analyze your own work
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
5. The ability to work independently and within a team
6. At least one IT-related qualification at A-Level (or equivalent) or higher
Your responsibilities:
As an IT Support Technician, you will provide first-line technical support across our firm. You will manage helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and oversee the evaluation and roll-out of new hardware and software. Additionally, you will deliver training to ensure our team can effectively use our systems.
