Who We Are Looking For:
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• At least 6 years of post-registration experience, including 24 months in an Emergency Medicine setting at ST3 level or above
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Providing Excellent Care: You'll manage and treat adult and paediatric patients arriving in the ED, from initial assessment to the delivery of care. You’ll perform key procedures like rapid sequence intubation (RSI), procedural sedation, and ultrasound, as well as work with the Same Day Emergency Care service.
• Collaborating Across Specialties: With our close ties to Acute Physicians, you’ll work alongside experts from other departments, ensuring seamless patient care across the Trust.
• Engaging in Education & Training: Attend and contribute to weekly teaching sessions, participate in interesting case discussions, and simulation exercises, and help teach medical students and junior doctors.
• Driving Improvement: You’ll be actively involved in departmental and Trust-wide quality improvement, clinical governance, and audit initiatives, helping us maintain the highest standards of care.
