Description
The main duties and responsibilities of the role holder are as outlined below:
1. Providing executive direction, input and support, overseeing special projects and steering groups on behalf of the Chief Executive.
2. Managing all aspects of Chief Executive's quarterly board report including collating, copy editing/proofreading ready for submission to Chief Executive/Board.
3. Schedule management on behalf of Chief Executive to ensure all meetings, events and deadlines are carried out seamlessly.
4. Provide in-person assistance, travelling with the CEO to external meetings and events.
5. Providing meeting briefings for the Chief Executive.
6. Providing secretarial support for Senior Leadership Team meetings and providing secretariat cover for other meetings as required.
