William Hughes (Civil Engineering) Ltd are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our operations team, working on projects across North Wales.
Responsibilities
1. Manage & oversee site activities ensuring high standards of health, safety & environmental compliance
2. Ensure health & safety & quality compliance throughout construction
3. Ensure adherence with integrated QHSE Management System
4. Manage labour, plant, materials & sub-contractors on site
5. Together with contracts manager, liaise with clients and designers (raising RFI’s etc)
Desirable Qualifications
1. SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS Card required
2. Full UK driving licence
3. Temporary Works Co-ordinator
4. Proven communication and IT skills
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience (5+ years) in a site manager or site supervisor role within civil engineering
2. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills
