Support Worker (Internally known as an Enablement Assistant) Rate of Pay: £12.50 Location: Lymington Hampshire Hours: Full time or Part time hours (12 hour day shifts) - Shifts times: 10.00 to 19.00 pm - (Working Alternate Saturday) (Driver required) About the role We have a family looking for special people to join a growing team working with a young non-verbal adult, for daily outings in the community and to provide educational activities in his purpose built cabin at home, Flexible, full or part time hours offered to fit in with family life and support with personal care is required. All staff are supported to implement a holistic programme based on ABA principles through onsite training with visiting consultants, in addition to our regular training. You will also be able to access support from the Enablement Manager, Deputy Enablement Manager and the Positive Behaviour Support Clinician who provide you and the team with management and leadership.
