A brand new role for a fast paced business of approx 1300 employees across Yorkshire Sites. You will report into the Head of HR working in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR. Description Provide comprehensive HR advice Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and absence management Coach, guide and upskill managers Stakeholder management Implement and review HR policies and procedures HR reporting/date, supporting with implementation of new HRIS Assist in the development and delivery of HR projects Ensure compliance with employment legislation Maintain confidential employee records Assist in the delivery of HR-related trainingProfile A successful HR Advisor should have: Ideally CIPD qualified Professional experience in a HR role within a fast paced environment working in a small HR team Strong knowledge of employment legislation A proven track record in managing employee relations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in HR systems and databases High level of discretion and confidentialityJob Offer Salary of between £32,000 and £35,000 per annum 27 days AL BH A welcoming and inclusive company culture Opportunities for professional growth and development A convenient Harrogate location - 4 days office, 1 day WFH Travel to other sites using own vehicle paying 45p per mile
