As a Quality Manager you will be: Leading the resolution of customer complaints and returns, ensuring all quality documentation is completed and lessons are embedded into production. Collaborating with production teams to maintain quality standards that exceed customer expectations. Using quality data and scrap analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring quality documentation, measuring tools, and master samples are accurate and production-ready. Overseeing the calibration and readiness of all gauging, jigs, fixtures, and relevant equipment to meet production needs. As a successful Quality Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following: Previous experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing, engineering environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and apply findings. Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. Organised, detail-focused, and capable of leading site-wide quality initiatives. Ideally qualified in Quality Management or a related discipline.
