Job Title: Social Media & Marketing / Office Administrator Location: Coventry (Office-based) Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time considered About the Role: My client, a well-established business in Coventry, is looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing / Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in social media management who also enjoys a varied role with general office admin responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Managing and creating content for company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase products and engage with customers. Responding to messages and comments to maintain strong online engagement. Handling administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing orders. Providing general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborating with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns. What We're Looking For: Experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation and engagement. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer interaction. Good organisational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks. Comfortable working in an office environment (not remote).
