As an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Working closely with the planner to schedule and manage job details
• Arranging necessary materials, skips, and collections for each project
• Liaising with clients, QS, and management to ensure seamless project delivery
• Overseeing site teams, including supervisors and planners, to ensure efficiency
• Addressing and resolving any site issues, providing support where required
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
We are looking for an Operations Manager with the following skills and experience…
• Ideally 5 years’ experience in the construction/social housing industry
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams or subcontractors
• Relevant qualifications in construction (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) & strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with subcontractors and coordinate multiple projects
In return, the successful Operations Manager will receive a salary of £50,000 - £60,000, plus the following benefits…
