In this role, you’ll mentor junior team members, craft partnership strategies, manage lead distribution, and drive the growth and performance of our SDR team. Salary is negotiable DOE 70/30 split Key Responsibilities Leadership and Support: Oversee SDRs’ daily activities, set performance targets, and manage recruitment processes. Training and Development: Identify training needs, onboard new team members, and provide mentorship with detailed product knowledge. Collaborative Initiatives: Partner with Business Managers and internal teams to create educational content—such as presentations, sales scripts, and product updates—and design engaging training sessions with interactive elements. Strategic Outreach: Lead strategic prospecting efforts, target key industry players, and refine outreach strategies for optimal impact. Ideal Candidate Profile Sales Expertise: 4 years in sales Leadership: Ideally 1-2 years in a leadership role, although if you are selling at a consistent level and have a passion for progression into management, this could be right for you Proactive and Results-Driven: Demonstrates initiative and a strong drive for achieving results.
