The project!
As a Creative Service Coordinator, you will be supporting and streamlining our visual merchandising operations. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of window displays, store projects, and campaigns across regions. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver on brand standards and drive operational efficiency.
What will the role entail?
1. Windows Administration & Budget Management:
Provide general administrative support, including budget management and tracking for window display projects.
2. Guideline Development & Implementation:
Assist in creating and refining operational guidelines for windows, in-store displays, and events. Ensure consistent implementation of guidelines across all regions and gather feedback to optimize processes.
3. Operational Process Development:
Collaborate with the windows and interior design teams to develop streamlined workflows. Create and enhance processes and operational guidelines for Hackett and Faconnable visual merchandising and events.
4. Campaign Review & Reporting:
Deliver detailed post-campaign reports, identifying missed opportunities and areas for improvement. Assess the success of window and interior displays, collecting and analyzing feedback to inform future projects.
5. Supplier & Installation Coordination:
Facilitate window installation schedules across the UK and EU, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers at all stages. Attend window installations, store openings, and showroom setups to ensure standards are met.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, attending regular face-to-face meetings to ensure seamless communication and delivery. Proactively present creative ideas and improvements to senior stakeholders.
7. Project Tracking Delivery:
Manage trackers and planners to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations or supplier coordination, preferably within the retail or visual merchandising sector.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
* Hands-on approach and willingness to attend site setups and activations in the UK and EU.
* Creative problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Location requirements:
The role is UK-based due to the necessity of close collaboration with the creative team and increased client-facing responsibilities. Regular travel to EU regions will be required for supplier meetings, store visits, and project setups.
