Your Role in Building Brighter Futures As a Senior Site Assistant, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for someone who has the skills and attributes to join the site team and provide services to Willowdown Primary School, Woolavington Village Primary School and Puriton Primary School. What You’ll Bring to Futura We are looking for an dynamic Senior Facilities Assistant who will: Be self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable with a flexible approach to work. Possess hands-on experience with tools and manual labor, compliance knowledge, and the ability to travel between schools. Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety practices. Demonstrate a professional, confident, and “can-do” attitude. Be open to supporting schools in the surrounding area to cover absences and learn from different environments. Either hold or be willing to achieve a MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) qualification. Demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community. Start: ASAP Location: travel will be required between Willowdown, Puriton, and Woolavington schools Contract: Full time 37 hours a week, all year round, 7 am - 3 pm Term: Permanent This role requires a full and clean driving license, and use of your own vehicle all year round, due to the need to travel between sites on daily basis. Mileage is paid in accordance with the Futura Travel Policy.
