Job Share - Office Supervisor - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (office hours 09:00 - 17:00)
Wednesday & Thursday would be working independently, Friday would be working alongside job share.
Accountabilities:
1. Daily planning and scheduling of work for the window cleaning teams engaging with customers and creating efficient work plans with the use of a bespoke planning tool.
2. Daily and weekly invoicing for customers ensuring that accounts are kept up to date.
3. Management of customer accounts ensuring that information is up to date, accurate and payments are up to date.
4. Undertake general office administration duties including:
1. Answering (a sometimes) high volume of calls and dealing with customers.
2. Maintain an efficient filing system so that information is readily available.
3. Maintain employee holiday logs and personal information.
Skills & Experience:
* Motivated self-starter with excellent organisation skills.
* Ability to work independently and at pace.
* Experience of working within a small business.
* Ability to multi task.
* Good time manager.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written) including excellent telephone manner.
