Key Responsibilities
Overall, the primary goal of the #Number 1 Super Premium Vodka: Account Manager role is to generate revenue for the company by acquiring new clients and maximising sales opportunities with existing clients.
* Building lasting relationships with customers on patch.
* Developing the commercial returns of your patch.
* Use market insights to inform decision making and actionable outcomes.
* Win new business across our product portfolio in line with the On Trade strategy.
* Protect and grow existing business.
* Curate and deliver best in class, disruptive, activations in line with the Au Vodka brand strategy.
* Work closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible return on investment on sales investments.
* Analyse and review sales and activation performance.
* Deliver against set KPI’s.
* You are confident, passionate and fun with a desire to hit target.
* Calm and able to think clearly under pressure.
* A clear understanding of the UK On Trade market.
* Able to prioritise effectively.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Have strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
* Have good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry.
* Possess the ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Have impeccable organisational skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Creativity.
* Have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence wider teams.
* A proven track record of success in a business development role.
* 2 years experience within FMCG Account Management.
