Hays is working with a leading membership organisation within a dynamic industry, dedicated to supporting its members in running successful and profitable businesses. They are looking for a proactive administrator to support the team on a part-time basis.
Your new role
As a Part-Time company Administrator, you will provide executive support to the Board and Chief Executive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and scheduling meetings
Managing travel and accommodation arrangements
Preparing and distributing documentation
Taking minutes, maintaining records, and supporting expense claims.
You will also provide comprehensive administrative support, manage correspondence, and assist with event organisation and member communications. What you'll need to succeed
Previous administrative or secretarial experience
Experience supporting senior executives and board members
Strong budgeting and cost control abilities
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with database management
