We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a Cancer Support Worker to join our team to work alongside the Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist team., You will provide effective, caring, and compassionate services to patients working with the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to deliver a high standard of care and support to people affected by breast cancer, and to help individuals take control of their own care.
We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and articulate with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The post holder will also be able to prioritise their workload in order to meet competing demands and they should be able to work well within a team.
