* Manage a Bid Team based in Warwick and London, planning resources to pursue opportunities effectively.
* Ensure resources are utilized efficiently to maximize business opportunities.
* Oversee end-to-end bid management, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions following telent’s procedures.
* Improve bid quality through best practice approaches.
* Monitor bid costs and seek continuous improvements in bid ROI.
* Develop relationships with customers through meetings and presentations.
* Manage Bid team performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Lead bid strategies, from Go/No Go decisions to post-submission support.
