Your Role:
As Registered Manager, you will:
1. Oversee the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Regional Manager.
2. Drive community engagement to attract new client referrals.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
4. Ensure compliance with local authority and CQC regulations.
5. Manage care plans to uphold safety and high standards of care.
6. Support the development and growth of branch staff.
7. Stay updated on the Care Act and CQC's Essential Standards.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Domiciliary or Live-In Care.
2. A Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (achieved or in progress).
3. A clean UK driving licence.
4. Strong knowledge of Quality and Compliance, including CQC fundamentals.

Competitive salary: £33,000 - £37,000
33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
No on-call responsibilities for managers
