We are seeking an experienced Stores First Line Manager to oversee daily tasks, foster continuous improvement, and promote a team-based culture at one of our largest online fashion retailers' sites in Crick.
This role involves working on a shift pattern of 'any 5 from 7' with hours between 15:00 – 23:00.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor progress and performance against Key Performance Indicators and costs against budget
* Create and maintain a positive team culture, encouraging involvement from all team members
* Manage work allocation to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met
* Promote flexibility through skills training and personal development
Requirements:
* Experience in complex logistics/warehouse environments, preferably within eCommerce
* Ability to work independently while leading a team
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiarity with end-to-end warehouse processes, health and safety, and IOSH is highly desirable
