Job Description Job Title: Insurance Manager Location: Warwick Full/Part Time: Full Time Salary: up to £50,000 per annum PURPOSE OF ROLE We are seeking an experienced and passionate Team Manager to join one of our clients based within Warwickshire. As a pivotal member of the team, you will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. Our client is considering individuals from a Non-Insurance background as long as you have operational managerial and sales experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values. Manage day-to-day operations, including workflow, work allocation, and absence management across multiple locations. Conduct monthly 1-2-1s and support personal development of team members. Act as the liaison between the Training & Competency (T&C) team and department leadership. Drive results by monitoring and analysing data to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met or exceeded. Handle customer escalations and ensure delivery of exceptional service. Make independent decisions while maintaining operational efficiency. Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring service excellence. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience of managing and developing teams. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent data analysis skills to monitor performance and achieve results. Delivery of exceptional customer service and ability to resolve escalations. Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring smooth operational workflows. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Knowledge and use of insurer products and solutions. Sales and service process knowledge, particularly sales through service. Proficient in account management systems and Microsoft Office.
