This position is a worker contract paid at 24.45 per hour About the Role Nottingham Business School is renowned as a Business School with support for small and growing businesses within our DNA. These fractional, worker roles are designed to enable experienced business leaders, advisors and academics to join our team of expert consultants and facilitators. As a SME Business Consultant & Facilitator you could help us to deliver workshops to small groups of SMEs who have joined our leadership programmes, or you could work with smaller peer groups or 1-to-1 to address the issues that SME leaders might face or the opportunities that they could be taking advantage of. Ultimately, you could help SME leaders to develop resilience, take advantage of new opportunities and to grow - whether in their own confidence or the size, success or productivity of their SME. The successful applicant will be: Knowledgeable and experienced in one or more of the leadership areas identified. Accessible - able to translate concepts into appropriate and inspiring ideas Enthusiastic and personable - easy to approach and motivating Flexible - able to commit to short interventions based around a single workshop or short series within their area of expertise.
