We are now looking for a colleague being part of European Commercial Team located in Coventry, UK Senior Account Manager We look for a passionate support of Business Director/ Sales manager able to: Be responsible for overall BLCP of assigned customer(s) as a contributor and a leader Participate in the development of and execute strategic plan for the customer and/or product to achieve profitable growth targets within the region and globally Prepare and lead the new business strategy and drive cross functional team to complete critical success factors to achieve assigned net new business goals Contribute to management of customer business plan or productivity programs internally and externally Work with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing and Cost Estimating to ensure quotes are competitive, accurate and submitted on time for customer and/or product Develop cross-functional internal relationships (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Cost Estimating, etc.) Develop and lead price negotiations with the customer ensuring consistency at the customer level Your profile: Successfully completed Bachelor or Master or Diploma Degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or similar Minimum 5 years of experience working with automotive OEM customers and demonstrated ability to be autonomous in customer management and coach others towards achieving goals Willingness and ability to travel 33-50% of the time Previous experience in progressive sales roles, including sales analyst background Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional negotiating abilities Project management skills are desired with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and organize Ability to articulate complex business case proposals to internal and external management and influence decision making Strong, polished presentation and negotiation skills What we offer: stable employment based on an employment contract a friendly working atmosphere opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop professional skills hybride scheme of work (2-3 days at the office, 2HO) Are you interested in varied and interesting tasks?
