Family Assistant
We are looking for a full-time Family Assistant to join our Family department in Gosport.
The Role & Responsibilities:
* Carrying out all required administrative duties on conveyancing matters.
* Opening files electronically and setting up paper files including conflict & ID checks for clients.
* Preparing correspondence and documents using digital dictation, closing, storage and retrieval of files.
* Liaising with clients and third parties during the course of the file.
Person Specification:
* The successful candidate will preferably have experience in this area of law.
* This role requires a hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Able to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external contacts.
* Commitment to providing excellent client care.
* Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
* Team-focused with a flexible “can do” and collaborative approach to working with others.
Salary dependent upon experience.
