Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering top-tier customer service through telephone, email, and in-person interactions, with a focus on understanding agricultural needs. Managing customer orders and handling sales administration efficiently. Advising customers on technical queries related to farming machinery and equipment, helping them find tailored solutions. Keeping customers informed on order statuses and technical queries to minimise downtime. Monitoring stock levels and replenishing spare parts critical to farming operations. Overseeing spare parts inventory, managing goods-in processes, and maintaining reception duties. Accurately picking and dispatching parts to meet farmers' urgent requirements. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: A background in agricultural engineering, farming machinery, manufacturing equipment, or a related field. Proven experience in parts or stores administration, ideally within the farming or agricultural sector. Strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service across various channels.
