Position Overview:
We are hiring our future Programme Change Coordinator.
Reporting to the Change Control Manager, you will be in charge of owning and managing change from planning through to delivery in an efficient and timely manner including cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management. You will have to effectively scope and plan all activities and progress the change to completion ensuring effective utilisation of tools and to perform applicable transactional tasks for certain change types.
You will drive the Change Management and associated systems and tools with all stakeholders and associated business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of changes, from initial analysis/clarification and alignment to planning and delivery, including cross-functional engagement (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance) and stakeholder management (Programmes).
* Be the central point of contact for changes for any queries/ideas/problems that arise from the team.
* Plan changes using the tools provided (to enable the implementation of the change appropriately across all affected program codes).
* Monitor & progress activity to ensure timely completion in appropriate order.
* Where appropriate raise certain Change Definition Sheets & Change Notices and process to Program Final Review.
* Ensure effective utilization of tool and escalate upwards when necessary.
* Work with the PMA development team to enhance functionality/reporting/process robustness.
* Cooperate/Work alongside BOM Analysts to achieve BOM robustness.
* Report milestone or project status to management.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Methodical detailed approach to work.
* Data-driven approach (makes decisions based on data analysis and interpretation).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify how one issue can impact another and put in place the required intervention through support or from own knowledge base.
* Understanding of change management process and overall knowledge from change start request to delivery and quality sign-off.
* Understanding of BOM management.
* Stakeholder management experience, specifically the ability to confidently advise and influence senior stakeholders (Program Managers).
* Commercially astute with an ability to understand the business functions that this role supports.
