We’re seeking kind, female Live-In Care Assistants to join our client’s outstanding team, supporting individuals across all areas of Devon.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Live-In Care Assistant, you’ll be a vital source of comfort and companionship in someone’s home, delivering person-centred care that makes a real difference every day.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care (washing, toileting, hygiene)
Supporting with medication (prompting/administering)
Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling
Encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing This is not rushed care. It’s about connection, presence, and spending quality time with each person you support.
What We’re Looking For:
The right to work in the UK
Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
A warm, caring nature and a genuine passion for helping others
Willingness to travel across Devon
Availability to attend training in Exeter We especially welcome female applicants, as some clients have specific care needs that are best met by women in accordance with their personal preferences. (This request is made in line with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.)
