The Henley College is looking for an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis.
You’ll be covering all aspects of HR, recruitment, and training and development. There will be a short handover, but you need to have the confidence to be effective quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy.
2. Ensure a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
3. Demonstrate working knowledge of GDPR and its application in this role.
4. Exhibit high level organizational and administrative skills with a problem-solving attitude.
5. Adapt flexibly to workload in a busy environment, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
6. Utilize previous experience working in an HR department in educational establishments.
Terms of Employment:
Tenure of post: Temporary, Full Time
Salary: From £22,553 to £24,435.00 per annum (depending on experience)
