Your Duties: To carry out manufacturing and assembly of Thermowell products as detailed by production orders within the agreed delivery dates and in accordance with company process. To program, set and operate CNC Turning Centres and Gundrill Machine. To use manual machines such as lathes and mills to produce components and products. To assist in repairs and refurbishments of customer returns and the generation of detailed reports when required. To test and certify when required the complete WIKA Thermowell product range to the specified testing requirements. Maintain traceability and quality of all materials used throughout the manufacturing process. To bring to the attention of your Team Leader any shortage or defective component stock. To ensure that the product when ready for dispatch is free from defect, clean of any process materials, the quality and product type is correct with respect to the order details and is present ready for packaging. Actively contribute to the company’s 5S culture and ideals. Maintain quality in line with respective QA procedures and adhere to the health and safety policy of the business. Your Profile: BTEC / apprenticeship in engineering or manufacturing. Machining qualifications or experience of CNC machines, programming, use of lathes and mills. Manual and CNC experience of manufacturing and assembly of products required
