Home School Liaison Officer - 35 hours a week - 1 year Contract - Longsight Area

Requirements:
1. Experience working within Student Support Services preferably in a SEND/SEMH or non-mainstream environment
2. High level of emotional intelligence
3. Able to manage multiple complex priorities under pressure
4. Able to build and maintain good relationships with pupils, parents and carers, staff, schools and educational and safeguarding professionals
5. Able to manage their own time and work to deadlines
6. Experience of handling sensitive and confidential material and working towards GDPR/ Safeguarding protocols
7. have a thorough understanding of safeguarding and its application and implementation
8. have good ICT skills (Familiarity with MS Office is essential. Knowledge of SIMS and CPOMS is desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
