Job summary The PCN Data Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring that scheduling and reporting processes are optimised and meet the needs of the business. Main duties of the job The following are the core responsibilities of the PCN Data Administrator: - To be the main support for reporting and monitoring for all PCN based services delivered by GPA on behalf of all PCNs. - Be the first point of contact for Practice Managers across the PCNs with regard to service monitoring as needed to maintain smooth operations. - To manage rota scheduling for Enhanced Access appointments across PCNs, ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, ARRS staff, external partners) and Practice Managers. - Be the first point of contact for Practice Managers across the PCNs with regard to Enhanced Access as needed to maintain smooth operations. - Liaise with key contacts and resolve Enhanced Access scheduling issues, particularly for last-minute cover requirements. - Collect, clean, and analyse data from EMIS Clincial Systems, through searches and other digital tools e.g. Ardens Manager, EMIS Enterprise etc. - To produce quarterly utilisation reports and tailored data visualisations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. - Create and distriubute monitoring forms to Practice Managers and assist with the preparation of reports for internal and external meetings as needed. - Coordinate the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters, by gathering information from key team members and support the marketing team with design.
