Undertake materials management activities as directed by duly authorised personnel on either site, to include re-stocking once stock received Requisition of goods to maintain regular stock levels, to include stock and non-stock items. Receipt, checking, booking in and delivery of goods Keeping accurate, relevant records regarding goods received and delivered Ensure safe storage of goods Chase outstanding orders Ensure product standardisation where appropriate Action inabilities report Provide assistance with respect to product recalls To recognise and advise Trust personnel of any inconsistencies on delivery notes or official orders. Undertake monthly stock evaluations Advise and assist staff regarding information required / emergency issues Liaise with internal and external agencies regarding stock enquiries Carry out stock counts at the best time to suit the Trust Work closely with other staff within the function to promote and ensure efficient and cohesive delivery of service, including other duties that may reasonable be required to ensure continued delivery of service
