Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for Administrative Support Officers to assist our Matron on Devonshire Ward a busy Medical Ward with delivering administrative support to a high standard.
This Administration role also provides apprenticeship opportunities with development. For all applicants (working 18 hours per week or more) we can offer an apprenticeship programme to support them to undertake an NVQ in business Administration at NVQ Level 2 or Level 3. This programme will take 13 months to complete and must be commenced within 3 months of the start date for the post.
The successful applicant will be responsible for arranging meetings, taking notes, support in the use of Health-roster and the recruitment electronic system, in addition to booking mandatory training and providing full administrative service to the Matron.
We are looking for a well organised and motivated person, with a can do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills, to provide high quality administrative support. .

Able to prioritise own workload
Be you are computer literate and competent with the use of Microsoft Office.
