A day in the life of…
As Maintenance Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience by working on your own initiative to ensure that the hotel is always operating at the highest standards. You will manage all proactive and reactive maintenance, external contractors, and hotels teams in line with the departmental budget. You will support Heads of department to ensure all teams are correctly trained in the use of equipment and health & safety standards within the hotel.
What do we need from you?
Ideally you'll have a Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Maintenance role at managerial level with experience in one or more building trades and experience conducting first level fault finding. You'll be able to be the hotel Energy Champion and engage with the company and brand standard policy’s and initiatives at all times.
