Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Design and Technology Teacher with a specialism in Resistant Materials to join our successful department. The role offers the opportunity to teach across Key Stages 3 to 5, delivering engaging and innovative lessons that inspire students and foster a love for design and technology. This position is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Design and Technology, focusing on Resistant Materials, across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.

Person Specification:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS by September 2025.
2. Specialism in Resistant Materials within Design and Technology.
3. Strong understanding of the Design and Technology curriculum and assessment procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Commitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative approach to teaching.
