Therole will report directly to the Chair. The executive directorplays an active role as a member of the Board in the running of thecompany.
Your newjob:
In addition to the traditional financefunction duties (cash management liaising with the auditors and thebank and other finance related matters such as budgeting financialperformance overseeing accounting staff) the role encompasses avariety of other administrativeresponsibilities:
* HumanResources dealing with staff issuing contracts records up to dateawareness oflegislation
* Understandingof payroll and autoenrolmentrequirements
* GDPR awareness of whatour responsibilities are and ensuring that we arecompliant
* Ensure that AMLregulations are being met
* OverseeingH&S
* Insurance renewals(commercial combined professionalcredit)
* Agreeing contracts for thesupply ofequipment/electricity
* Oversee the ITfunction / IT Manager
* Manage theBusiness Risk Register
* Acting asCompanySecretary
Requirements
Soundfinancial background and with experience to oversee the finance andadministrative functions within a small but busy company whosebusiness operates in varioussectors.
Therole will report directly to the Chair and you will play an activerole as a member of the Board in the running of thecompany.
Consideration will be given toanybody who can demonstrate experience to oversee and manage theareas listed above and we are willing to consider either full orparttime.
Benefits
Salaryof around 75000 is offered (or pro rata ifparttime).
