Main duties of the job Deliver high standards of care, ensuring that each woman's journey to motherhood is an individualised experience. Our robust preceptorship programme with dedicated clinical support will support new midwives to develop the skills and ability to work confidently across the maternity pathway, in both the hospital and the community setting as part of a continuity of carer team.
