Instead of the traditional ‘take-make-waste’ model, where resources are used once and then discarded, our circular-first managed print services centre around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible to cut carbon emissions, reduce landfill waste and provide a more cost-effective solution for our customers. As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our busy call centre in Southampton. What we’re looking for… We are looking for someone that is a quick-learner with a team-player mentality and believes in putting the customer first. Previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment is essential with excellent communication skills. What you’ll be doing… Roles and Responsibilities : Answering incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service throughout Directing calls to the relevant departments or passing on messages Logging customer call outs into the company's service system Building rapport with customers by being professional, helpful and flagging any customer concerns with the team Updating and maintaining customer records Carry out other adhoc administrative duties as required Skills & Experience: Previous experience within a customer service or call centre environment essential Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ever changing environment An eye for detail, taking pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to ensure quality Good understanding of Outlook and IT/database systems What we can offer you… Opportunities to progress and grow your career 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days after 5 years Stakeholder pension scheme & death in service benefit.
