Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers and assisting with scheduling service appointments
* Thoroughly documenting customer concerns and vehicle issues
* Providing accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes
* Collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
* Updating customers on the status of their vehicles and suggested services
* Resolving any customer inquiries and service-related complaints
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* A solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs
* Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using computer software related to service operations
* A valid driver's license
