Role Description:
TR7 is expanding its presence in the UK and Europe, with a new headquarters in Cheltenham as part of our strategic growth. We’re seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the TR7 General Manager to create and implement a strategic sales plan, while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be acquiring new clients and accelerating sales growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the General Manager to develop a strategic sales plan.
* Market and end-user research, and identify opportunities to expand our customer base in the UK.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance the sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
* Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
* Maintain prospect and client relationships.
* Keep accurate CRM records and handle documents efficiently.
* Identify and recruit channel partners in network and cybersecurity sectors.
* Get TR7 on relevant Frameworks and submit bids for relevant projects.
* Research prospects, understand their needs and pain points, and demonstrate how our solutions address their challenges.
* Use your network to engage with client prospects.
* Build a database and engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to showcase our solutions and identify decision-makers.
* Report on pipeline activities to guide growth strategy.
* Coordinate with the TR7 technical team for client demos.
* Attend networking and industry events to promote TR7 and build connections.
What You Bring to the Table:
* 6-10 years of proven business development and sales skills in IT/Networks/Cybersecurity in the mid-market to enterprise space.
* Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Demonstrated proficiency in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
* Familiarity with Frameworks and bid writing.
* Strong relationships with Channel Partners (Distributors, Resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, SIs).
* Excellent leadership and teamwork capabilities.
* Know-how, ambition, grit, determination, and drive.
