What does your company do? Job Summary The Sports Instructor role is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provides expert instruction in their designated sport. It is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field. Potential location openings (Lake Orion, Rochester Hills, Chesterfield, Shelby Township, Utica, West Bloomfield, Clarkston, Royal Oak). Responsibilities
5. Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
6. Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
7. With the help of established platforms, communicate game day information to players and parents
8. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
11. Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
12. Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
13. Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
