To undertake some clerical duties including use of the Radiology Information System and E.D. Agyle system. Ensure the integrity of all documentation prior to an examination/investigation being undertaken. Ensure all documentation is recorded accurately, legibly, signed and dated in accordance with Trust and departmental policies and procedures. To assist in the moving of patients, equipment or stock. To maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all patient and staff areas, including damp dusting X-ray equipment. To maintain adequate stock levels of consumables in X-ray rooms. To be responsible for accurate record keeping and the quality input of patient data on all Trust I.T. systems. To ensure mandatory training & competency is maintained through BEAT, inclusive of resuscitation techniques, H&S, fire, and Manual Handling. To adhere to all departmental protocols & policies. To possess initiative, developed judgement and decision-making skills. To be flexible in respect to working arrangements, to ensure the needs of the patient are met. To undertake other duties that may be assigned from time to time by mutual consent in accordance with the development of the post.
