Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) - essential. Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in Key Stage 1 (KS1). Strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Experience with Phonics, preferably Read, Write, Inc (RWI). Ability to implement excellent behaviour management strategies.
