Responsibilities
Manage operations, staff rotes, and inventory while ensuring cost-effective processes.
Train staff, handle shortages, and ensure high service standards.
Collaborate on menu development for diverse cuisines and beverages.
Create and manage digital marketing content, including social media and website updates.
Monitor budgets, sales, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Plan and execute special promotions, catering, and buffet events.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
Certification in food hygiene, safety, and allergy compliance with UK regulations.
Knowledge of Sri Lankan cuisine and buffet-style service.
Strong leadership and multitasking skills.
